Our vision for TALKS extends beyond the neighborhood youth in our communities. We hope to expand to multiple areas, serving a wider need seen in our youth today.
In the future we hope to expand TALKS:
• For youth in detention centers, incarcerated youth and court-involved youth.
• For youth as part of alternative sentencing and re-entry programs
• For parents so they can begin talking to and mentoring their own children.
You can be a part of this transformational program. By donating, or volunteering your time, you can come alongside these efforts. Consider being a mentor, or starting a TALKS program in your community. For more information, contact us. We would love to talk to you about:
• Your involvement as a TALKS mentor
• TALKS Mentoring at your elementary school
• TALKS Mentoring curriculum
